Meet Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ,a man on a mission to revive Manchester United.

After taking the helm for just a few weeks as Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has transformed the team into a weapon of mass destruction.

When Manchester United relieved Jose Mourinho of his duties as manager and appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Interim/caretaker coach most people myself included thought that the historic club was headed on a very dark path.I frankly thought the board had lost their minds...how can you fire a well decorated coach like  Jose aka..."the special one" and replace him with someone who has relatively no coaching experience whatsoever.Little did i know that this fairly inexperienced coach would bring about remarkably changes to the team.
Fast forward to almost 3 weeks.....Ole has won all 5 of Manchester United games since he took over including the FA cup game against championship side Reading. He has transformed the slow and boring Mourinho type of football to a game of pace, power and mainly attacking football that is exciting to watch.
Now the red devils are like a well oiled machine and are firing from all cylinders. They are a team on a mission and it looks like they won't rest until they finish they quest.
After years of watching Mourinho tear down the team piece by piece Man United fans can have a reason to smile at last.
The 45 year old Norwegian coach  is under a contract to Norwegian side Molde....the Norwegian league is on a break and will resume in March....i really hope the Man United board will come with a plan to make sure Solskjaer stays with the red devils to at least the end of the season, considering the positive changes and swagger he has brought about to the team's play...I confess i would hate to see this brilliant manager leave Old Trafford before the end of the season....what do you think?

We can now give the team it's name famous nickname back..."the red devils"....I'm not sure what they were called anymore under Jose Mourinho's reign of terror....do you?

Solskjaer has managed to completely turn around the fortunes of Man Utd.He has managed to transform players that were struggling under Mourinho's reign into superb players. Some of the great players like Paul Pogba who had lost favor in the eyes of the special one are now flourishing thanks to the new Ole.
They now call it the Ole Gunnar effect thanks to his attacking tactics ....morale in the team is high and fans are happy....what else can u ask for in a coach.
Now we are witnessing a rejuvenated team full of life and teamwork and hungry for success. The players are now seemingly trying at all costs to cover for lost time, there is now hope for finishing in a top four position and securing a spot for next season's UEFA champions league.
With this new found form Manchester United have managed to close the gap and create pressure on the top 5 teams. The EPL is promising to be more than interesting this season and i foresee teams battling it out to the wire for the top 5 spots in the EPL log standings.
Finishing in the top 5 spot would be an absolutely good effort for Ole....considering the state he found the team in.
One only stands to wonder in what position on the EPL log Man United would be if they had the made the decision to relieve Mourinho and hire Ole sooner.

Now we all wait impatiently for the clash at the giant Wembley stadium on the 13th of January pitting  two titans in the EPL ,Tottenham Hot Spurs and Manchester United. This game is supposed to separate men from boys. This is a game that is set to test Solskjaer and his rejuvenated side as well as his tactics as a coach.

Mauricio Pochettino's men are known to cause havoc to big teams and we wait to see if the red devil's new found form will help them prevail over the evergreen spurs who are fresh from beating Chelsea 1-0 in the EFL cup.

What do you think about Manchester's performance these past few weeks under the stewardship of new interim coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. and what are your predictions for the Tottenham vs Man United game?
