Supercharged Liverpool destroy unimpressive Arsenal...Will Man City end Liverpool's winning streak?

Saturday the 29th of December 2018 was just another day in the office for Jurgen Klopp and his team.We witnessed as the Reds lay waste to the Gunners in a goal studded and action packed game.Liverpool thrashed Arsenal 5-1 at the mighty Anfield stadium.

If you ask me Arsenal didn't put much of a show as we know them to.....personally i think it was a walk in the park for Liverpool. The Reds made light work of the gunners and reduced them to merely an ordinary team in the English Premiere League(EPL) Klopps side showed no mercy and as usual
the front three were on target as man of the match Roberto Firmino scored his first ha-trick of the season.Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane scored a goal apiece.Liverpool currently are at the top of the EPL log standings leading second placed Manchester City by a cool 7 points.Firmino and his team mates added further to Arsenal woes.It seems that Unai Emery has a big job ahead of him if we are to see Arsenal regain their "GUNNERS" status once again.

Yesterday's win for the Reds leaves us pondering on one Question....which team in the EPL is going to put an end to Liverpool's impressive unbeaten streak.

The year 2018 has been undoubtedly a great year for the whole Liverpool family, fans included. We eagerly await the top of the table clash on the 3rd of January 2019 pitting Manchester City and Liverpool at the Giant Etihad stadium.I foresee a very tightly contested match and a true test of character for Liverpool.Maybe Pep Guardiola has the recipe to stop Klopp's men from creating a dominance on the EPL.If somehow Liverpool manages to scramble a win I'm pretty sure Liverpool fans have to start making preparations because the EPL trophy would be most likely coming to the mighty Anfield stadium at last, after waiting for ages and ages to win the Cup.
Jurgen Klop is definitely edging closer and closer to making history at Anfield.Last season he made his intentions clear when  he managed to take the Reds to the UEFA Champions leauge final at the Nsk Olimpyskyi stadium in Kyiv Ukraine.Even if they lost 3-1 to Real Madrid they managed to show us how hungry for success they are as a team.

Whats your take on the clash that's looming between the Defending champions and the current contenders of the EPL... the CITIZENS vs the REDS...
